Information Provided by You

Technical And Organisational Security Measures
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We have implemented the following technical security measures to maximize protection of Personal data:
- SSL/TLS encryption (secure sockets layer / transport layer security) for all data transfers in all parts of the Primary Service
- Our website and web software runs on secured https protocol
- All employees with access to Personal data have signed a confidentiality agreement with the Processor
- Passwords are encrypted before storage in the database.
- Users are required to update their password periodically
- User passwords complies with industry standard complexity
- We appointed a Data Protection Officer to ensure that Personal data are protected. The DPO can be contacted at email@example.com
Lodging an Objection
- A User may, on reasonable grounds, object to the processing of their personal information at any time after that processing has started.
- If a User wishes to object to the processing of their personal information, they should contact the company’s information officer in writing and provide, reasons for doing so.
